Von Asien nach Europa: eine Reise der Selbstfindung

(DE) In ostasiatischen Ländern sind die Gesellschaft und viele Familien oft konservativer eingestellt gegenüber queeren Personen oder dem Coming-out als in Europa. Queere Menschen in Ostasien stoßen daher auf mehr Hindernisse und Herausforderungen. Ich führe Interviews mit queeren Personen, die in Europa leben und gelebt haben, um mehr darüber zu erfahren, wie das Leben in Asien und Europa ihre Erfahrungen und Gefühle beeinflusst hat, und um zu sehen, wie sie sich selbst sehen.

Ein besonderer Dank an Rico, K, Chizuru und Xiao für die Teilnahme an diesem Interview und ihre Unterstützung für dieses Projekt.

(EN) From Asia to Europe: a journey of self-discovery

In East Asian countries, societal norms and family attitudes are often more conservative towards queer individuals or the concept of coming out compared to Europe. As a result, queer people in East Asia encounter greater obstacles and challenges. I interviewed queer individuals who are currently living or have lived in Europe to explore how their experiences and emotions have been shaped by life in both Asia and Europe, and to understand their self-perception.

(PL) Z Azji do Europy: podróż odkrywania samego siebie

W krajach Azji Wschodniej społeczeństwo i wiele rodzin są często bardziej konserwatywni, wobec osób queerowych lub coming outu niż w Europie. Dlatego też, osoby queerowe w Azji Wschodniej napotykają więcej przeszkód i wyzwań. Zostały przeprowadzone wywiady z osobami queerowymi, które mieszkają i mieszkały w Europie. Wywiady tematyzują, jak życie w Azji i w Europie, wpłynęło na ich doświadczenia i uczucia i podkreślają jak postrzegają sami siebie.
